1. Premium Quality Daffodil Bulbs

Our daffodil bulbs are carefully selected for their robust health and superior quality. Each bulb is firm and free from blemishes, ensuring they will produce vibrant, show-stopping blooms. Ideal for adding a splash of color to your garden, these bulbs promise a spectacular display each spring.

2. Easy Planting Method

Planting daffodil bulbs is straightforward and rewarding. In the fall, approximately 6 to 8 weeks before the first hard frost, dig holes 6 inches deep for standard-sized bulbs and 3 inches deep for miniature varieties. Place the bulbs pointed side up, spacing them 3 to 6 inches apart. Cover with soil, firm the surface, and water thoroughly to help establish roots.

3. Versatile Planting Locations

Daffodils thrive in various garden settings, including borders, containers, and naturalized areas. Choose a well-drained location with full to partial sunlight. These hardy bulbs are perfect for brightening up any space, from garden beds to patio pots, ensuring you enjoy their beauty wherever you plant them.

4. Spring Flowering Time

Just like tulip lily bulbs, daffodils bloom in the spring, offering a dazzling display of color after the long winter months. Expect your daffodils to flower from early to late spring, depending on the variety. Their cheerful blooms are sure to uplift your garden and signal the arrival of warmer days.

5. Natural Pest Deterrent

Daffodil bulbs are less appealing to garden pests such as squirrels and voles, making them an excellent companion for more vulnerable bulbs like tulips. Plant daffodils alongside your tulips to create a beautiful, pest-resistant garden. The natural deterrent properties of daffodils help protect your tulip bulbs, ensuring a harmonious and vibrant display.

Following the following instructions on planting methods will enable you to harvest large areas of tulips, daffodils and lilies in spring. ...

1. Select the Ideal Location

Choose a well-drained site with full to partial sunlight for planting your daffodil bulbs. Daffodils and tulip lilies both thrive in areas that receive at least 6 hours of sunlight daily. Avoid areas with poor drainage to prevent bulb rot. Ensure the soil is loose and enriched with organic matter, such as compost, to promote healthy growth.

2. Prepare the Soil

Proper soil preparation is essential for daffodils and tulip lilies. Loosen the soil to a depth of 12 inches and mix in compost or well-rotted manure to improve soil fertility and drainage. Aim for a slightly acidic to neutral pH level, around 6 to 7. Remove any large stones or debris that could obstruct root growth.

3. Plant Bulbs at the Correct Depth and Spacing

Plant daffodil bulbs in the fall, 6 to 8 weeks before the first hard frost. Dig holes 6 inches deep for standard-sized bulbs and 3 inches deep for miniature varieties. Place the bulbs pointed side up, spacing them 4 to 6 inches apart. Cover the bulbs with soil, gently firm the surface, and water thoroughly to settle the soil and encourage root establishment.

4. Water Thoroughly After Planting

After planting, water the bulbs deeply to help establish roots. Keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged until the ground freezes. Consistent moisture is crucial during the initial growth phase. Once the bulbs are dormant in winter, reduce watering. Resume regular watering in spring as new growth appears, ensuring the soil remains moist but well-drained.

5. Expect Spring Blooms

Both daffodils and tulip lilies bloom in the spring, providing a burst of color after the winter months. Depending on the variety, daffodils will flower from early to late spring, complementing the blooming period of tulip lilies. To extend the flowering season, plant a mix of early, mid, and late-blooming varieties, ensuring a continuous display of vibrant flowers throughout the spring.
